Alastair Stewart OBE presents a range of programmes for ITV News, including the ITV Lunchtime News and the News at Ten Thirty, and also co-presents London Tonight with Katie Derham. Alastair also co-presents a range of special programmes for ITV including last year’s General Election coverage, the Pope’s funeral and most recently reported from Lebanon on the escalating Middle East crisis. As anchor for the ITV News Channel, he presented his own news and interview strand “Live with Alastair Stewart” for which he won the Royal Television Society’s Presenter of the Year Award in 2005.

Katie Derham co-presents the ITV Lunchtime News with Nicholas Owen and London Tonight with Alastair Stewart. Katie also presents a range of special programmes on ITV, including the 2005 General Election coverage, Prince Charles and Camilla’s wedding and the upcoming “Peoples Review”, a look back at the big stories of 2006 using eyewitness footage only.
