The Ultimate News Quiz is one of London’s most popular annual charity events, attracting an incredibly influential and star-studded guest list. Now in its 9th year, the current affairs quiz sees well-known TV and news guests battle it out alongside other familiar faces for the coveted prize of a modest tin cup.
As well as bringing together a dazzling array of TV and news personalities, the evening also raises crucial support for two charities: Restless Development and Action for Children. Restless Development works with young people in South Asia and Africa to train, educate and inspire them to lead development in their countries. Action for Children support and speak out for the UK’s most vulnerable and neglected children.
Thanks to our generous sponsor, the Premier League, this year’s Ultimate News Quiz will be in a position to donate every penny raised to our two chosen charities. Over the past nine years, the event has raised a total of over £650k and this year, we hope to raise even more, reaching the amazing target of £100k.
The 10th Ultimate News Quiz will take place in March 2016. Please check back soon.
