Highlights of the Ultimate News Quiz 2013!
Thursday 7th March saw Quaglino’s restaurant host the seventh Ultimate New Quiz. The Quizmaster was Sky’s Dermot Murnaghan, and Clive Anderson provided half-time entertainment and hosted the charity auction. Talent agency Capel and Land battled it out with 24 other media and corporate teams to be crowned Ultimate News Quiz champions - after winning a tie-break with CNN. A combined Today/World at One team came third.
Other highlights included TOWIE’s Lydia Bright and Conservative MP Jacob Rees-Mogg co-hosting a round called The Only Way is Eton.
